Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: March 31, 2026
Welcome to Pyxl. You may access our services through our website, APIs, or third-party clients such as ChatGPT when you connect Pyxl apps (including via OAuth and the Model Context Protocol). By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Together with these Terms, it forms the agreement between you and Pyxl regarding the services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
Description of the services
Pyxl provides software and APIs for AI-assisted features, including image generation and optional Pyxl apps that can be used from our website or through supported clients such as ChatGPT (via OAuth and MCP). Features, plans, usage limits, and token or credit balances apply as described in-product and at checkout—we do not guarantee unlimited capacity, availability, or uninterrupted access.
Accounts and Membership
Most paid or connected features require an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for its security and for all activity under it. You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age to use this service
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account and password
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
User content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit (including prompts, uploads, and outputs such as generated images), subject to applicable law and third-party rights. To operate the services, you grant Pyxl a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works as needed to provide, secure, and improve the services you use—including showing content in widgets, APIs, and MCP tool responses you request.
You represent that you have the rights needed for the content you provide and that your use does not violate law or others' rights.
Third-party hosts (e.g. ChatGPT)
When you use Pyxl inside another application, that application's terms, policies, and account controls apply to your use of their product. For OpenAI's ChatGPT, their terms and policies (for example OpenAI Terms of Use) govern your relationship with OpenAI. We are responsible for our integration and our servers; we are not responsible for the host's handling of conversations or tool data beyond what we control.
You must not misuse MCP or API access (for example by attempting to bypass authentication, exceed fair use, or probe our systems in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law).
Subscription and Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Our service offers subscription plans with the following terms:
- Trial Period: A7-day trial period is available for $1, after which the subscription automatically converts to a monthly plan unless canceled.
- Billing: Subscriptions are automatically renewed until canceled.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
AI-generated outputs
Outputs produced by AI features may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should not rely on them as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for verifying results for your use case.
Intellectual Property
Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pyxl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Image generation rights: You retain the rights to any images generated through our service (including via our website, ChatGPT, or API), subject to these Terms and the license you grant in the User content and license section.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service for:
- Any purpose that is illegal or violates these Terms
- Creating or distributing harmful content
- Attempting to compromise system security
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
Disclaimers; limitation of liability; indemnity
Disclaimer of warranties: The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pyxl and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Pyxl for the services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnity: You will defend and indemnify Pyxl and its affiliates, officers, and employees against any third-party claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. For data created via ChatGPT, you may request deletion by contacting us at support@pyxl.pro.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we must protect the security or integrity of the services. We will provide notice where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last Updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where prohibited by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.
Entire agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Pyxl regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede prior understandings regarding the same topic.
